| Mileage Donations toward 2019 Typhoon Faxai Relief |

At the beginning of September 2019, typhoon Faxai wreaked havoc, particularly in Chiba Prefecture.
In light of the damage caused, we are currently accepting mileage donations from ANA Mileage Club members for humanitarian concerns.
The equivalent monetary amount will be donated to the Japanese Red Cross and relevant local authorities to help the victims. |

| Adjustment to Check-in Cut-off Time at Haneda International Airport |

We will be adjusting the check-in cut-off time at Haneda International Airport to improve punctuality and provide our customers a better experience! Starting October 27, 2019
the cut-off time will be changed from 40 minutes to 60 minutes prior to departure time for international flights. Please be sure to arrive at the airport with ample time to check-in,
pass security, and proceed through immigration. |
